Job summary

Carvana is seeking Customer Advocates in Minnesota to deliver happiness by bringing vehicles directly to customers and handling related documentation. The role requires a minimum of two years of customer-facing experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
• Must be able to obtain a Notary in your local jurisdiction within 90 days of employment.
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to drive vehicles for delivery and inspection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using Carvana haulers.
• Load/unload vehicles onto the hauler and inspect for safe operation.
• Complete customer paperwork and maintain thorough notes in the tracking system.
• Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana policy.
