Job summary

Federal Express Corporation operates company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages within the station's service area, ensuring courteous service and conformance with FedEx features of service.

Minimum education is a High School Diploma or GED; a valid driver's license with a good driving record is required, plus ability to lift 50 lbs. Starting pay is $22.30 per hour. Six months courier experience preferred. Monday–Friday, various hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Six months courier experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently for traffic signs and inquiries.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and maneuver heavier packages with equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of station service area preferred.
• FMCSA safety regulations compliance.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles to deliver and pick up packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provide courteous customer service and support routes.
• Maintain coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
