Job summary

FedEx is seeking a delivery driver in New Jersey to operate company vehicles, deliver and pick up packages, and ensure shipments meet service standards. You will cover all routes within the station area and provide related customer service functions with a courteous and efficient approach.

Must be available for AM and PM shifts as needed, with a minimum of a high school diploma or GED and the potential for six months of courier experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Six (6) months courier experience preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of the station's service area preferred.
• Must be able to read and speak English sufficiently to understand traffic signs and communicate with officials.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles and deliver or pick up packages.
• Check shipments for conformance to FedEx service features.
• Provide coverage for all assigned routes within the station's service area.
• Provide related customer service functions.
