A leading cloud computing company in Maryland is seeking a Delivery Consultant for the National Security sector. You will support U.S. Intelligence Community agencies by implementing cloud solutions and addressing technical challenges. About the Role

You will regularly take part in deep‑dive education and design exercises to create truly innovative solutions built on AWS.

It is expected to work from one of the above locations (or customer sites) at least one day in a week. This is not a remote position. You are expected to be in the office or with customers as needed.

This position requires that the candidate selected must currently possess and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. The position further requires the candidate to opt into a commensurate clearance for each government agency for which they perform AWS work.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of design/implementation/operations/consulting with distributed applications experience
• 1+ years of software development experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 1+ years of relevant technical position experience
• Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with polygraph

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT implementation experience
• Experience and technical expertise (design and implementation) in cloud computing technologies
• Experience leading the design, development and deployment of business software at scale or recent hands‑on technology infrastructure, network, compute, storage, and virtualization experience
• Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
• Experience managing data center operations, including data assurance, monitoring, alerting and notifications; demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
• Knowledge of compliance and security standards across the enterprise IT landscape

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $118,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $204,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
