Job description

Description

Application deadline: Oct 26, 2026

Do you have hands-on experience in High Performance Computing (HPC) or High Throughput Computing (HTC)? Do you want to make a huge impact on a dynamic, fast moving business? Do you want to help customers develop mission-critical HPC workloads? Are you detail-oriented and creative? Do you like to collaborate with others to achieve goals? Want to use your professional communication and consulting skills necessary to help position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for customers? Then this is the position for you!

You will work backwards from our customers’ desired business outcomes and HPC application and workflow requirements to design and build HPC systems on AWS. You will implement the best practices for running HPC applications on highly elastic and dynamically provisioned HPC infrastructures. You will also optimize performance and costs of customer’s HPC workflows by transforming legacy on-premises HPC systems into cloud-native compute environments systems that rely on AWS managed services.

This position requires that the candidate selected be a US Citizen and obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
