Delivery Associate (Walker) — $19.50/Hour

Amazing Logistics is hiring dependable and energetic team members to join our delivery team as Delivery Associates (Walkers) in Middle Village, Queens.

This is an on-foot package delivery position. No driving is required, and a driver’s license is not required.

Walkers deliver packages throughout assigned neighborhoods using a company-provided delivery cart and handheld delivery device.

Pay & Schedule

• $19.50 per hour
• 1 paid training day
• Opportunities for regular weekly scheduling
• Walker schedules may be up to approximately 30 hours per week
• Operations run 7 days per week
• Weekend availability is required
• Start times and shift lengths may vary based on route volume and business needs
• Additional days and hours may become available during peak and holiday periods
• Paid overtime when applicable

Responsibilities

As a Delivery Associate (Walker), you will:

• Deliver packages safely and accurately on foot
• Load and organize packages onto a delivery cart
• Use a company-provided handheld device for navigation, scanning, and delivery information

Physical Requirements

Applicants must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, including:

• Walking several miles during a shift
• Frequently going up and down stairs
• Lifting and handling packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Pushing and pulling a loaded delivery cart
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Standing and remaining physically active for extended periods
• Safely entering apartment buildings, businesses, and residential delivery locations

Basic Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid government-issued identification
• Reliable transportation to and from the reporting location
• Comfortable using a smartphone or handheld delivery device
• Dependable and able to report for scheduled shifts on time
• Weekend availability
• Able to perform the essential physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Successfully complete any applicable drug-screening requirements excluding cannabis/THC, as permitted by law
