ASC3 Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in McKinney, TX, is seeking a Temporary Delivery Associate with a SAFE, FUN, POSITIVE, TEAM ADVOCATE attitude to join our operations team. Responsibilities include delivering packages safely and on time, following routes, loading routes, and maintaining vehicle readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience.
• Submit to a 7-year background screen, 4-panel drug screen, and MVR check.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and load/unload from a van repeatedly.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm to help grow a new company.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all company and delivery station safety rules and policies.
• Arrive on-time on all scheduled workdays.
• Adhere to the required uniform policy.
• Load assigned route packages at station within time allotted.
• Deliver a wide variety of packages to different addresses despite weather conditions.
• Follow established delivery routes and adhere to delivery time schedules.
• Conduct pre-route/post-route delivery vehicle condition inspections.
• Maintain accountability and serviceability of accessories provided by ASC3 Logistics.

Job Description

We are looking for Delivery Associates who are energetic, reliable, motivated, and understand the importance of TEAM WORK, love to drive, but most importantly are passionate about customer service. The core of our daily operations will focus on team members demonstrating the ability to adapt, improvise, and overcome obstacles during the performance of their work function that potentially prevents timely and accurate deliveries. As a Team ASC3 Logistics Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for the timely & accurate delivery of packages to customers with the latest technology while operating a safe, comfortable cargo van. Successful Delivery Associates put safety first and care deeply about customer expectations and satisfaction.

Qualifications
