Job summary

SAAM Delivers in Gilbert is seeking a Delivery Associate to deliver 50+ XL packages daily, driving a company vehicle and providing reliable service to customers.

You will work 4-5 days per week, up to 10 hours daily, with competitive pay of $23.25 per hour plus benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement. No prior delivery experience required; on-the-job training available, DOT certification encouraged, and career growth into leadership roles is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license within the state of employment.
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must have a positive attitude.
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check.
• Obtain DOT Certification.
• Pass DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Drive a vehicle delivering 50+ XL packages daily.
• Be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve, delivering smiles to customers.
• Work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.
• Deliver packages from the vehicle to the customer’s doorstep safely.
