You will deliver packages for Amazon in the Houston area using company vehicles, following schedules and safety procedures. Weekend availability is required and growth opportunities exist.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years old
• Valid Driver's License in the state of employment
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Have an acceptable motor vehicle record
• Successfully complete screening requirements
• Be able to operate a delivery van safely
• Be available for weekend scheduling
• Be dependable, punctual, and professional

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver packages to homes, apartments, and businesses
• Operate a company-provided delivery van
• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules
• Use a company-provided handheld device for navigation and delivery confirmation
• Load, organize, and unload packages
• Follow customer delivery instructions
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Follow all traffic laws and company safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and team members
• Work independently while remaining connected to the operations team
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently in various weather and traffic conditions
