Job summary

NTT DATA Services in Addison, Texas is seeking a Delivery Associate Director - Mainframes to lead end-to-end delivery of complex Life & Annuities ecosystems, including mainframe platforms and integrations. You will own program planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment for large-scale enterprise programs.

The role requires 15+ years of mainframes leadership and hands-on skills with Vantage, Cobol, CICS, and JCL, complemented by strong delivery management experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experienced mainframes delivery leader with strong mainframe technical skills preferably Vantage, communication skills, delivery management background
• 8-10 years of experience in project, program or delivery management roles.
• 8-10 years of experience supporting large scale and complex technical program in a large enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of people management.

We are currently seeking a Delivery Associate Director - Mainframes to join our team in Addison, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Performance Monitoring & KPI Management – Tracking delivery health and reporting progress against milestones.
• Change Leadership & Adaptability – Driving adoption of modern delivery practices and fostering innovation.
• Iterative Delivery Frameworks – Deep understanding of frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SaFE, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
• Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Knowledge: Deep understanding of the phases from requirements to deployment, and the systematic implications of challenges across the lifecycle
• Own end to end delivery of complex Life & Annuities ecosystem including mainframes systems, integrations and SaaS solutions.
• End-to-end understanding of supporting policy administration ecosystems
• Support current correspondence platforms and modernization programs
• Independently coordinate critical incidents and support timely business decisions
• Effectively coordinate infrastructure activities and production recovery
• Independently manage security approvals, controls, audits and operational resilience
• Ability to analyze and support business-critical real-time processing
• Understand dependencies, sequencing, failures and downstream business impact
• Strong background and expertise with mainframe technologies preferably Vantage, Microfocus, Cobol, CICS, JCL etc.

Basic Qualifications:

• 15+ years experienced mainframes delivery leader with strong mainframe technical skills preferably Vantage, communication skills, delivery management background
• 8-10 years of experience in project, program or delivery management roles.
• 8-10 years of experience supporting large scale and complex technical program in a large enterprise environment.
• 5+ years of people management.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $116,175 - $193,625 per annum. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
