Job Description

As a Delivery Associate, you’ll drive a vehicle, delivering 250-350 packages per day. You will be a delivery hero in the neighborhoods you serve - delivering infinite smiles to customers every day in the form of critical supplies, household goods, toys and so much more. You can expect to work 4-5 days per week and up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver packages on time.
• Load and unload packages to and from the delivery vehicle.
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with the support team.
• Keep up with the pace in a physically demanding work environment; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at various locations.
• Use a smartphone device for GPS navigation, scanning packages, and administrative requirements such as clocking in/out and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Perform safety inspections on company vehicles.
• Support the team in daily work requirements such as participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.
• Show excellent attention to detail and solve problems independently using critical thinking skills.
• Work in a self‑directed environment with an upbeat attitude.

What You’ll Need

• Shifts: Morning, weekday and/or weekend, holidays (8-10 hour shifts).
• Job Types: Full‑time, Part‑time, Seasonal.
• Starting Pay: $21.25 per hour.
