Job summary

Eagles Routes LLC is hiring Delivery Associates to operate a company-provided delivery van and deliver Amazon packages in the Tualatin area. No prior delivery experience required and CDL is not needed.

Paid training starts before launch at the DPD4 station in Tualatin, Oregon. Starting pay is $25.25 per hour with overtime, a $300 launch bonus for eligible new hires, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and up to $5,250 annual tuition

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Able to report reliably to DPD4 in Tualatin
• Available to work up to 10 hours per shift
• Available to work at least one weekend day when scheduled
• Able to lift and handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds
• Willing to complete required background, motor-vehicle-record and pre-employment screening
• Dependable, safety-minded and comfortable working independently

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery van
• Load, organize and deliver Amazon packages
• Complete assigned Amazon package routes
• Follow customer delivery instructions
• Use a company-provided smartphone for navigation and delivery information
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Enter and exit the delivery van frequently throughout the shift
• Work safely in varying weather and road conditions
• Communicate promptly and professionally with Eagles Routes dispatchers
• Deliver packages safely, accurately and on time
• Provide professional and respectful customer service
