Job summary

Sapien Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Associate to load vans, drive routes, and deliver packages safely and on time. You will follow safety standards and use a handheld device for GPS, scanning, and clocking in/out while coordinating with supervisors and teammates.

The role supports a 4–5 day work week, up to 10 hours per day, with team bonuses and benefits. No CDL required; must be 21+, with English proficiency and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be 21 years or older and able to read and speak English
• Have a valid driver's license in the employment state (CDL not required)
• Able to operate a delivery van weighing 10,000 lbs or less (vehicle provided)
• Must be able to move boxes up to 50 lbs with or without accommodation
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening

Responsibilities

• Load vans and deliver packages by driving, climbing in and out of the vehicle, and walking upstairs and through driveways in all weather conditions
• Deliver packages safely and punctually
• Follow strict safety standards on and off the road
• Operate an electronic device for GPS and daily records, scanning packages, clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors
• Maintain a positive can-do attitude
• Support the team in daily work and rescue calls when needed
• Communicate effectively with the support team to ensure deliveries are completed
