Job summary

Red Carpet Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Grantsville, MD, is hiring dependable Delivery Drivers (Non-CDL) to join our growing team. You will start and end your day at the local warehouse, driving a company-provided van to deliver packages safely and on time.

No CDL or prior experience required — we provide training. Compensation is $23.50 per hour with 8–10 hour shifts, a set schedule, and a supportive culture that values employee well‑being.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to pass a 4 Panel Drug Screening.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy packages upwards of 50LBs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Multiple years of driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely while being able to remain organized.
• Drive safely and efficiently to customer locations, following all traffic laws, and complete safety inspections on vehicles.
• Deliver packages to customers in a professional and courteous manner on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with both our team and support!
