McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Delivery Assistant to support a delivery driver in a fast-paced environment. You will not drive the truck, but you will load/unload, organize items, and help ensure on-time deliveries while maintaining safety standards.

The role requires 18+ years of age, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and proficient reading/writing in English. Excellent customer service and a team-oriented attitude are valued at McLane.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• English reading and writing proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailer using a hand truck or 2-wheeled dolly.
• Place all delivery items in customer-designated food-safe storage areas.
• Assist the Driver to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
• Work safely to prevent injuries and product damage.
• Other duties as assigned.
