Job summary

McLane is hiring a Delivery Assistant to unload trailers, place items in food-safe storage, and assist drivers to ensure on-time deliveries in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 75 pounds, and proficient in reading/writing English. Enjoy a 4-day, 10-hour shift, plus comprehensive benefits after 60 days and opportunities for growth.

• Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products.

What you’ll do as a Delivery Assistant:

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Delivery Assistant Teammate:

• At least 18 years of age.
• Lift and move product and pallets which may weigh up to 75 pounds.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
