Job summary

ALL, Inc. in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking delivery professionals to load, transport, and place appliances at residences and job sites. Roles involve assisting with basic installations, navigating routes, and maintaining truck cleanliness.

The position emphasizes safety, reliability, and professional customer interactions on scheduled routes. On-the-job training is provided with opportunities to advance into Driver or Installation roles within a growing, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, warehouse, or physically demanding work.
• Ability to safely lift and move appliances (50–100 lbs with assistance).
• Strong work ethic and reliability in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Responsibilities
