Job summary

Ricoh USA, Inc. is seeking a Delivery & Set Up Driver in Northborough, MA to ensure the safe delivery and installation of office equipment. You will contribute to customer satisfaction by providing a smooth handoff and basic networking setup, while adhering to DOT regulations.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid license, and at least two years of medium-duty driving experience. On-the-job training in networking and installation will be provided to support a seamless customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Safe driving record with a minimum of two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
• On-the-job technical training in networking and installation.
• Valid driver's license, along with eligibility to drive commercial vehicles according to FMCSR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver equipment to the designated location, maintaining adherence to DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip reviews to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness, while minimizing costs through efficient pick-up and delivery practices.
• Provide basic training and networking installations, fostering a seamless transition for our customers.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as field technicians and dispatch, to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure all paperwork, including delivery documentation and customer signatures, is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner, maintaining thorough records of transactions.
