Job summary

Ricoh is seeking a Delivery & Set Up Driver to safely relocate and deliver office equipment, ensuring a smooth handoff to customers and guiding setup. This role is based in Kent, WA and offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus for new Ricoh team members.

You will perform pre- and post-trip checks, comply with FMCSR, and maintain records while collaborating with field technicians and dispatch to resolve issues and deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have a safe driving record with a minimum of two years of medium-duty truck driving experience.
• On-the-job technical training in networking and installation.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver equipment to the designated location, maintaining adherence to DOT regulations.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip reviews to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness, while minimizing costs through efficient pick-up and delivery practices.
• Provide basic training and networking installations, fostering a seamless transition for our customers.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as field technicians and dispatch, to ensure smooth operations and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure all paperwork, including delivery documentation and customer signatures, is accurately completed and processed in a timely manner, maintaining thorough records of transactions.
