Job summary

Chick-fil-A is seeking delivery drivers in a fast-paced environment. You will be a member of the Chick-fil-A family, upholding high standards of presentation, service, and care while delivering orders to guests outside the restaurant.

The role includes front-of-house work, catering, and events when not delivering, with opportunities for growth and development within a supportive, people-focused team.

Qualifications

• Must have a working smartphone with data plan and GPS.
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags up to 50 lbs.
• Personal vehicle (preferred).
• Must have valid auto insurance.
• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Represent Chick-fil-A as a brand ambassador while delivering orders.
• Drive safely with a sense of urgency to fulfill deliveries.
• Attend to customer concerns and uphold brand at all times during delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, speed, accuracy, and presentation in vehicle and delivery area.
• Meet with supervisor on shift for duties on the current shift.
• Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times.
• Assist with basic operational tasks when no deliveries are scheduled.
