SUPERVISES: There are no direct reports with this position.
Under general supervision, the Delivery Account Manager performs a variety of customer service, administrative, and account management duties in support of customers including: order processing, customer relations, strategy, and sales support functions. Employees in this job class will be responsible for replenishing product in customer facilities and vending machines in accordance with a pre‑designated schedule and/or customer requests, and managing win/win relationships with customers through timely research and response to customer inquiries, order status and resolving production, shipping and scheduling issues. Additional responsibilities include fulfilling orders and managing product inventory levels, including loading and transportation of products from warehouse to customer sites and troubleshooting minor issues affecting vending machines when applicable. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate and provide sales support with third party customers at different levels of leadership, work independently, safely operate assigned vehicles, navigate to various locations, and maintain inventory accuracy.

Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:
Work is performed in a warehouse or distribution environment with forklifts, material handling, and production equipment, as well as in a vehicle while driving. May be exposed to noise from equipment and depending on external weather conditions, exposure to heat, cold, wind, and rain. This position requires non‑traditional hours.
