Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Retail Customer Associate to deliver a distinctive customer experience and provide courteous, efficient checkout service. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and maintain clean, well-merchandised aisles and displays.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, handling returns and exchanges, replenishing stock, and supporting promotions and photo services. Flexible evenings and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register and handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; price and stock merchandise as directed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and assist with web pick-up orders when needed.
• Assist with maintenance and adherence to store policies and procedures.
