Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, provide courteous checkout service, and handle returns and exchanges as needed.
• Recommends items for sale and assists with upselling and cross-sell opportunities.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and priced; perform stock checks and price changes as directed.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance and ensure compliance with store policies and asset protection procedures.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, prints, etc.) and support web pick-up orders.
