Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services; resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members and Walgreens service traits.
• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service to customers.
• Recommends items for sale and suggests trade-up or companion items.
• Registers purchases, handles cash, and processes voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; takes inventory and prices merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensures compliance with laws on regulated products (e.g., alcohol, tobacco).
• Constructs and maintains displays; completes resets and revisions as directed.
• Separates food items (raw vs pre-cooked) and places products as required; stocks and rotates inventory.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and equipment.
• Provides customer service in photo area (digital passport photos, poster print, creative machine, promote photo products).
• Assumes web pick-up responsibilities (monitors orders, fills orders, delivers to customers).
• Assists with exterior and interior store maintenance and cleanliness.
• Complies with company policies; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
