Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate registers, process sales, returns, exchanges, and policy-compliant adjustments.
• Maintain clean and well-merchandised counters and shelves; assist with stock/price checks.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (passport photos, prints, promotional products).
• Support web order pickup processes and deliver orders to customers when ready.
• Follow company policies, protect assets, and maintain respectful coworker relationships.
