• Registers sales on assigned cash register and handles cash transactions.
• Provides courteous, friendly checkout service and assists customers at point of sale.
• Engages customers and assists with products and services to ensure positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with team members.
• Maintains store cleanliness, merchandising, stock, and inventory records.
• Operates store systems and equipment and ensures policy compliance.
• Assists with photo area services: passport photos, poster prints, and promotional photo products.
• Handles web pick-up orders and delivers items to customers when ready.
• Supports with maintenance and visual displays per policy; participates in special tasks as assigned.
