Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, friendly checkout service and greet customers to assist with products and services.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience and share service best practices with team.
• Recommends items for sale and upsell or suggest companion products.
• Process transactions, returns, rain checks, and exchanges as needed.
• Maintain clean counters and well merchandised shelves; manage inventory and price changes.
• Support with web pickup orders and deliver to customers when ready.
• Assist with store upkeep and exterior/interior maintenance; ensure policy compliance.
• Participate in training and complete tasks as assigned by management.
