Job summary

Walgreens is hiring for a Customer Experience/ Retail Associate in a fast-paced store environment in the United States. You will greet customers, assist with products, and deliver courteous, efficient checkout service while maintaining clean, well-stocked counters and displays.

This role supports in-store operations including returns, exchanges, web pickup orders, and photo services. A flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends) and prior retail experience are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens a plus.

Responsibilities

• Register sales at the checkout, process transactions, and provide courteous service.
• Assist customers in finding products and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Keep counters, shelves, and displays clean and merchandised.
• Support photo area services and web pickup responsibilities as needed.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and maintaining store compliance.
