Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience at the checkout. You will register sales on the assigned cash register, provide courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient service, and help customers find products and information.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, stock shelves, handle returns and exchanges, maintain store appearance, and follow company policies. Fluency in English and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Registers customer purchases on the cash register and processes payments, returns, exchanges, and rain checks as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and merchandised; checks in and prices merchandise as directed.
• Maintains store appearance and assists with stock rotations and signage as directed.
• Provides customer service in photo area and assists with web pick-up orders when needed.
• Follows company policies and procedures and participates in team collaboration.
