Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Register sales on the cash register and provide courteous checkout service.
• Engage customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team to deliver a distinctive experience.
• Recommend items and trade-up or companion products to customers.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, price merchandise, and conduct inventory checks.
• Follow asset protection procedures to minimize loss and ensure store safety.
• Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products (alcohol, tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, perform resets, and merchandising adjustments.
• Assist with stock rotation and separation of food items; restock as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of store systems and equipment for operations.
• Provide photo area assistance (passport photos, prints) and suggest promos.
