Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Register sales on assigned cash register, collect cash and provide change as requested; process voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, prices merchandise, and checks in merchandise as directed.
• Implements asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss and ensures compliance with state and local laws for regulated products.
• Provide customer service in photo area, including digital passport photo service and promotional photo products; assist with web pick-up orders and delivery.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to maintain a clean, neat store appearance.
• Greet customers, offer assistance with products and services, resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
