Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a friendly front-line associate in Austin, TX to deliver outstanding customer service and operate the register with accuracy. You will help customers find products, process purchases, and handle returns while maintaining clean, organized aisles and displays.

You will support photo services, web pickup and other in-store tasks, ensuring fast, courteous service and adherence to store procedures. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Register purchases on the cash register and handle cash, returns, exchanges and refunds as needed.
• Maintain clean, well merchandised counters and shelves and assist with pricing and restocks.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and related services as required.
• Support asset protection procedures and ensure compliance with policies.
