Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers purchases on the cash register and handles payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; assists with inventory and pricing.
• Provides customer service in the photo area and supports web-pickup orders.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and ensures store is clean and orderly.
• Attends training and completes PPLs requested by Manager or corporate.
