Job summary

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers customer purchases on the POS, handles cash, returns, exchanges, and maintains accurate records.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; assists with inventory and pricing as directed.
• Provides customer service in photo services and web order pickup; maintains store area and follows company policies.
