Job summary

Walgreens in the United States seeks a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve questions to ensure a positive shopping experience.

You will operate the cash register, process transactions, keep shelves clean and merchandised, participate in inventory, and support photo services and pick-up orders while upholding company policies. Prior Walgreens experience and retail flexibility are preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in retail is preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate assigned cash register, handle transactions, and provide courteous checkout service.
• Keep counters and shelves clean, merchandised, and stocked; assist with inventory.
• Provide photo services and web pick-up duties (Picture Care Plus) as needed.
• Adhere to company policies and protect assets; support store maintenance and displays.
