Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Set and uphold department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability.
  • Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
  • Coordinate scheduling and daily work plans with store leadership.
  • Oversee ordering, replenishment, pricing, invoicing, and department bookkeeping.
  • Analyze weekly sales trends and plan promotions and displays.
  • Ensure proper temperatures and storage standards to minimize shrink.
  • Assist in other store areas and special projects as needed.

You may encounter daily exposure to dust, noise, equipment movement hazards, and electrical shock, with occasional exposure to temperature extremes and cleaning chemicals or solvents.
