The Kroger Co. in Wisconsin is seeking a Deli Clerk to deliver outstanding customer service, prepare food items for the deli, and help maintain a clean, safe environment that encourages customers to return.

You will support the department manager in meeting sales goals, demonstrate Kroger core values, and participate in a fast-paced team focused on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service skills.

• Basic math skills.
• Ability to obtain current food handlers permit once employed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare food items for the deli per customer requests.
• Measure and assemble ingredients using kitchen tools.
• Label, date, rotate and monitor quality and freshness of deli items.
• Respond to customer questions and suggest products.
• Provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.
