Pride Kitchen is seeking an experienced team leader to manage deli operations and deliver fast, friendly service. You will greet customers, promote items, and ensure stock and cleanliness standards are met.

The role requires 18+ years, basic math skills, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will follow company procedures and participate in training, with opportunities based on experience.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication).
• Ability to lift 10 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly manner as they approach the deli.
• Provide fast, friendly and efficient service.
• Maintain appearance (dress code and personal hygiene).
• Use upselling techniques and promote items.
• Check and replenish stock for food service supplies.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and service areas.
• Stock shelves and coolers, rotate stock using FIFO.
• Check vendor deliveries and temperatures; adhere to holding times.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and training as needed.
• Ensure security and cash procedures during shifts.
• Other duties as assigned.
