Buehler’s Fresh Foods is hiring a Deli Support in Medina, OH. This non-exempt, full-time role supports the deli and broader Food Service Operations, including customer service, product displays, and special orders. You’ll operate essential equipment and work weekends as needed in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, ensuring freshness, assisting with catering and soup/salad bar tasks, and maintaining high sanitation standards throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Non-exempt hourly position with 35+ hours per week including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50–80 lb.
• Familiarity with deli operations is a plus and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service, greet customers, and answer questions.
• Maintain freshness and sanitation standards in the deli area.
• Sell products by informing customers and offering samples as appropriate.

In addition to working in the deli, this position has the opportunity to support Food Service Operations. Deli Support work closely with their manager and co-workers to make sure that the customer has an exceptional experience either while shopping in our store or dining in our restaurant.
