The GIANT Company in Dubois, PA is seeking a Deli Team Member to join our store operations. This role handles and prepares deli products, weighs, wraps, labels, and stocks merchandise while maintaining neat displays and following safety standards.

You will deliver quality customer service, follow company policies, and participate in training to improve food safety and operations. The position supports a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to learn and grow within the GIANT family.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality customer service as part of GIANT/MARTIN'S stores.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, and package products.
• Maintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions, including stocking and rotating product.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions, including coding and organizing cases weighing 20–50 lbs.
• Maintain prep area cleanliness, sanitation, and safety; follow PPE requirements.
• Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations in the deli area.
• Keep the sales floor clean and safe; assist customers with questions and recommendations.
