Job summary

MMLSSOLUTIONS LLC is seeking a Deli Associate in Miramar Beach, FL to deliver great customer service while preparing and serving deli products. You will ensure items are fresh, neatly displayed, and meet quality standards, interacting with customers and answering questions.

Responsibilities include slicing meats and cheeses, maintaining cleanliness, restocking, and assisting with inventory, with AM/PM shifts and a flexible weekend schedule. 35–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and slicing.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring portions.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and slice deli meats, cheeses, and other products according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Serve customers promptly and courteously, taking orders and answering questions about deli products and specials.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the deli work area, equipment, and utensils in compliance with health and safety guidelines.
• Stock and rotate deli products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
• Assist with inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking product quality, and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
