Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to communicate and follow company policies and safety regulations.
• Able to meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to use or learn equipment and tools used in the deli.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to customers, co-workers, vendors, and business associates.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, mark, and package products.
• Maintain proper shelf, case, and display conditions, including stocking, cleaning, straightening, and rotating product.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions, including coding, rotating, organizing cases, and cleaning.
• Maintain proper prep area conditions, including cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, utensils, and equipment.
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulations as they apply to the deli area.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service and promote products through suggestive selling.
