Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer-facing role is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with customers, answer questions, take orders, and recommend deli items.
• Assist with full-service deli operations, including hot and cold foods.
• Slice meats and cheeses to customer specifications.
• Prepare hot foods (fried foods, rotisserie chicken, sandwiches) and maintain quality.
• Take and record temperatures to ensure food safety.
• Follow SERV Safe guidelines and maintain cleanliness.
• Operate deli equipment safely (slicers, fryers, ovens, flat tops, thermometers, scales).
• Work with team to ensure smooth deli operations.
