Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Deli Shift Leader to supervise the hot deli team and assist the Deli Manager in delivering exceptional guest service. Responsibilities include keeping the deli area clean, stocked, and food-safe while maintaining a customer-focused culture.

The ideal candidate has foodservice experience and knowledge of food safety standards, with availability to work flexible nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Competitive hourly pay starts at $14.95 and goes up to $22.22 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position in foodservice is preferred.
• Strong guest service focus and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Basic knowledge of food safety standards required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members in the hot deli area and support the Deli Manager.

Job Description

Deli Shift Leaders are responsible for supervising team members in the hot deli area. Along with providing excellent guest service, they are to assist the Deli Manager by ensuring that food in the hot deli is fresh and the area is kept clean and well stocked. The ideal candidate for this position will have a basic knowledge of food safety standards and have experience in the food service industry.

Pay Rates Starting between: $14.95 - $22.22 / hour

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar position, especially with a restaurant or foodservice background
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Ability to maintain equipment according to food safety standards
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
