Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Weekend shifts required.
• Food Handlers permit preferred – willing to train.
• Familiar with deli production basics: slicing, wrapping, weighing, pricing.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, slice, wrap, weigh, price, and merchandise the deli products.
• Maintain product freshness, cleanliness, and sanitation.
• Inform customers about deli products and services.
• Help increase sales by offering samples and recommending items.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of products and service.
• Maintain department records and ensure excellent customer relations.
