Pilot Company is hiring for a Deli Associate to maintain a well-organized deli area, monitor the hot case, and prepare items to company standards. You will keep items stocked, ensure cleanliness, and support a smooth kitchen workflow.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and a team-oriented mindset. Prior food service experience and knowledge of safety procedures are a plus.

• Able to lift 50 pounds and walk/stand most of the day.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in a similar position (preferred).
