Job summary

Pilot Company is hiring for a deli position in Oakwood, Illinois. Pay rates start at $15.00 per hour and go up to $19.63 per hour, with weekly pay and a benefits package designed for team members in a dynamic retail food-service setting.

As a deli team member, you will keep the area organized, stock the hot deli case, and prepare items to company standards while following process cards. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
