Pilot Company is hiring for a deli team member at our travel center. You will maintain a clean deli area, assist guests with quick service, and work as part of a friendly team in a fast-paced setting.

This role offers competitive starting pay between $11.95 and $16.95 per hour, regular weekly pay, and benefits for full-time staff, with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be highly motivated and able to work as part of a team.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a well-organized deli area and display.
• Monitor deli case and keep items stocked.
• Prepare food to company standards following process cards.
• Keep dishes and utensils clean and organized.
