Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a friendly deli team member at our Napoleon travel center. You will maintain a well‑organized deli area, stock the hot case, and prepare items to company standards while delivering friendly service to guests.

Join a fast-paced team with weekly pay, meal benefits, and opportunities to grow in other roles within our travel centers and restaurants. Flexibility for nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a self-starter with ability to work well in a team.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk most of the day.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in deli or food service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain organized deli area and keep case stocked.
• Prepare food to company standards using process cards.
• Assist with cleaning and organizing dishes and utensils.
• Contribute to a positive guest experience at the travel center.
