Job summary

Pilot Company in Virginia is hiring a deli team member to maintain a well-organized deli area, monitor the hot deli case, and prepare food to company standards by following process cards. You will keep dishes and utensils clean and help ensure fresh items are stocked throughout shifts.

We seek highly motivated self-starters who can work as part of a team, lift up to 50 pounds, and handle a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
